Proposed diagnosis: Radial scar. No definite consensus on the foci of ductal hyperplasia. ADH or single foci of DCIS are proposed.
Treatment: No further treatment. Follow-up is proposed.
Follow-up: nihil until now (6 years after the biopsy).
