Proposed diagnosis: Spindle cell invasive carcinoma 1.3 cm large. Cam 5.2 (+), Vimentine (-), S100 (-), SM1 actin (focally+).
Treatment: Breast conserving therapy with axillary dissection. Absence of lymph node metastasis.
Follow-up: No recurrence or metastasis until January 98 (6 years follow-up).
