Proposed diagnosis: DCIS clinging low nuclear grade with LCIS. The surgical edges seems involved.
Treatment: Single mastectomy. The breast quadrant where the biopsy was performed contains some residual foci of DCIS and LCIS. Absence of invasive tumor.
