Clinical history: Asymptomatic but anxious 29-year-old patient with a family history of breast cancer (mother and aunt).
Mammography: Presence of a single cluster of fine granular calcifications of 0.5 cm.
Surgery: Wide resection biopsy (7 cm) with stereotactic localization.
Demonstrated slide: Representative sample of the lesion. The surgical edges are at distance from the lesion, are not visible in the section and appears free of tumor on histologic analysis.
