Proposed diagnosis: Invasive carcinoma with mucinous secretion (2 cm) and DCIS.
Treatment: Modified radical mastectomy with axillary lymph node resection. Widespread DCIS, presence of a lymph node metastasis. Adjuvant chemotherapy CMF. One year after diagnosis, development of a contralateral breast cancer treated by mastectomy. The patient if free from recurrence and distant metastasis after 6 years follow-up.
