Proposed diagnosis: DCIS low nuclear grade with invasive tubular carcinoma 0.8 cm.
Treatment: Modified radical right mastectomy with axillary lymph node resection and biopsy of the left breast. Extensive DCIS, LCIS and many microscopic foci of invasive tubular carcinoma in the mastectomy specimen and in the left biopsy. A left modified radical mastectomy was performed and shows the same histologic picture. Absence of lymph node metastasis, both side.
