CASE 10
NCB:, Large ducts filled with highly pleomorphic malignant epithelial cells. Presence of central necrosis. No prove of invasion. The NCB were classified in category B5.
Triple assessment:
- Clinic: negative.
- Mammography: suspicious calcifications Legal 5.
- Ultrasound: negative.
- NCB: adequate, representative, malignant, DCIS high grade B5.
Ccl: Decision for mastectomy according to patient advice. Dissection level I.
Histology report: DCIS high grade 2 cm large with micro-invasion. Absence of lymph node metastasis.
