CASE 2
Clinical history: Forty-five-year-old patient complaining for painful tenderness of the upper-outer quadrant of the right breast. Previous history of cysts.
Breast imaging: On mammography, dense breasts, absence of abnormality. Presence of a 1.5 cm large suspicious hypo-echogenic mass with lobulated contours. Ultrasound guided FNAC and NCB were performed and reached the lesion.
Demonstrated slides: Two smears and three short core biopsies.
