Clinical history and breast imaging: During three years, this 64 years old patient was followed-up for an architectural distortion presumed to be a radial scar. The last mammography control showed a change in the structure of the lesion. Furthermore, palpation reveals for the first time a diffuse lump in the same area. A zone of absorption was discovered at sonography. An ultrasound guided FNAC was performed.
