NCB:, Lobular arrangement of microcysts and epithelial hyperplasia of the ductal type. Some foci contains psammomatous calcifications and suggest adenosis. No evidence of malignancy. The NCB were classified in category B2.
Triple assessment:
- Clinic: negative.
- Mammography: suspicious calcifications Legal 3.
- Ultrasound: negative.
- NCB: adequate, representative, benign, adenosis with secretory calcifications, B2
Ccl: Go back to conventional screening.
