CASE 3
Clinical history: Diffuse suspicious infiltration of the upper-outer quadrant of the right breast of a seventy-one-year old patient. Obvious nipple retraction.
Mammography: No definite abnormality. Fatty involution.
Ultrasound: Poorly outlined, multifocal, diffuse suspicious absorption. Ultrasound guided FNAC and NCB were performed in the suspicious area.
Demonstrated slides: One out of the four smears showing the same aspect.
