Clinical history and breast imaging: Presence of a 1 cm large palpable nodule in the right breast of a 87 year-old patient. Mammography demonstrated a well-outlined round dense nodule at 12h in the same breast. Ultrasound confirmed these findings, the nodule rose a size of 1.3 cm. FNAC and NCB were guided by ultrasound and palpation.
