Mammography: Presence of a 1 cm large palpable nodule at 9h in the right breast of a 50 year-old woman. Mammography showed a restricted area of coarse granular calcification in a nodular opacity. Ultrasound demonstrated a 1.6 cm area of absorption. FNAC was guided by ultrasound and palpation.
